What is the Antonov used for?
The Antonov An-225 was originally built in 1988 to carry the Soviet “Buran” space shuttle. It has since been used as a super heavy lift transport. Although movie magic set the An-225 on fire in Fast and Furious, the plane survived Hollywood, the Soviet space program, and the life of a cargo workhorse.
